What is UdyamQR?
UdyamQR is web-based business software for Indian businesses. It combines a public QR business profile with private workflows for billing, collections, inventory, purchases, expenses, attendance, payroll, manufacturing and reporting.
Do customers need an app to open my business profile?
No. A customer can scan the QR code with a modern phone camera and open the public business profile in a web browser.
Can I update my profile without creating a new QR code?
Yes. Your QR code points to your business profile URL, so updates to the profile appear without replacing the existing QR code.
Accounts & Access
How do I create an account?
Create a Free account, verify your email and complete the business profile setup. You can then download the profile QR and add the product or service information included with your plan.
Can one owner account manage multiple business profiles?
UdyamQR currently provides one primary business profile per owner account. Premium owners can add staff users and assign module-level permissions for the same business.
Can staff use UdyamQR without seeing every module?
Yes. Premium owners can assign enabled modules and control supported actions such as viewing, creating, editing, deleting or exporting records.
Plans & Domains
What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes one public business profile, a shareable and downloadable profile QR, one product or service listing and basic profile analytics.
What does Premium add?
Premium adds unlimited product listings, advanced branding and analytics, custom-domain connection, GST invoices, receipts, collections, purchases, inventory, expenses, manufacturing, attendance, payroll, CA-ready exports and team permissions.
Can a Premium business connect its own domain?
Yes. The business registers and owns the domain, then adds the DNS records shown by UdyamQR. UdyamQR continues to host the profile and QR experience, so a separate hosting plan is not required. DNS and HTTPS activation can take additional time.
Can I cancel a Premium subscription?
The account settings provide subscription management. A cancellation is scheduled according to the billing period and the account keeps its applicable access until the recorded end date.
Billing & Operations
Can UdyamQR create GST invoices and payment receipts?
Yes. Premium supports sales orders, GST invoices, PDFs, discounts, partial or full payment receipts and outstanding-balance tracking.
Does UdyamQR support inventory and purchases?
Yes. Premium includes supplier purchases, product stock, receiving, packaging units, low-stock visibility and inventory movement connected to supported sales and production workflows.
Can I calculate salary from attendance?
Yes. Premium supports attendance, employee and month working-day rules, fixed or prorated basic pay, allowances, advances, deductions and printable salary slips.
Can I collect an invoice through UPI QR?
A configured Premium business can generate an exact-amount UPI QR or payment link for an invoice. The business should verify the real settlement before recording the invoice as paid.
What QR file formats are available?
The current QR download workflow supports PNG, SVG and PDF formats for UdyamQR business links.
What analytics does UdyamQR record?
The platform records supported events such as profile views, QR scans and customer interactions. Premium adds detailed business analytics and reporting across operational modules.
