Basic Information
Your business profile is the foundation of your digital presence. Complete these essential sections:
- Business Name: Your official business name as you want it displayed
- Description: A compelling overview of your business (200-300 words recommended)
- Contact Information: Phone, email, and physical address
- Business Hours: When customers can reach you or visit your location
- Social Media Links: Connect your Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Make your profile visually appealing with these elements:
Logo
Upload a high-quality square logo (minimum 300×300 pixels, PNG recommended).
Cover Image
Use a landscape-oriented image (recommended 1200×400 pixels) that represents your business.
Gallery
Showcase your business with multiple images (up to 10 for free accounts, unlimited for Premium).

QR Code Management
Creating Your QR Code
Your personalized QR code is automatically generated when you create your profile. You can:
- Download your QR code in multiple formats (PNG, SVG, PDF)

- Add your logo to the center of the QR code
- Adjust the error correction level for better scan reliability

How do I change my business information?
Navigate to the Profile section in your dashboard. All editable fields will be available there. Changes are saved automatically.
Can I have multiple QR codes for different purposes?
Currently, each business profile has one primary QR code, but Premium users can create additional QR codes that link to specific sections of their profile (like products or promotions).
How do I download my QR code?
Go to the QR Code section in your dashboard. You'll find download options for PNG, SVG, and PDF formats in various sizes.
What happens if I change my profile URL?
Your existing QR code will continue to work as we maintain automatic redirects. However, we recommend updating any printed materials with your new QR code when possible.
Can I transfer my profile to another user?
Currently, business profiles are tied to user accounts. To transfer ownership, you would need to contact our support team for assistance.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription." Your Premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
